The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 has a score of 66.3, which is just a bit better than Microsoft Surface Pro 2's 65.1 score. Even though Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is older than the Microsoft Surface Pro 2, it's construction is a lot lighter and way thinner. Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 has Android 4.4 operating system, while Microsoft Surface Pro 2 counts with Windows 8.1 Pro operating system.

Microsoft Surface Pro 2 features a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, because it has a higher display density, a little bit larger screen and a lot better 1080 x 1920 resolution. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 counts with much more storage for applications and games than Galaxy Note 10.1, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 448 GB more internal memory.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 counts with a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, because although it has 2 less cores , it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory.
