The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has an overall score of 65.1, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T)'s 65 global score. Microsoft Surface Pro 2 is a newer portable tablet than the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), but it is way heavier and a lot thicker. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 works with Windows 8.1 Pro operating system, and Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) counts with Android 4.1 operating system.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has just a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because it has a lot better resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, a greater count of pixels per display inch and a little larger display. The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has a lot bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory capacity.

So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Microsoft Surface Pro 2, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), giving up some specifications.
