Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is just a bit better than Microsoft Surface Pro 2, getting a 66.5 score against 65.1. The Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 counts with Android 4.4.2 OS, and Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has Windows 8.1 Pro OS. Galaxy Tab 3 7.0's construction is noticeably thinner and much lighter than the Microsoft Surface Pro 2, even though they were only released with a couple of months difference.
