The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is much better than the Alcatel JOY TAB 2, having a overall score of 82.4 against 62.5. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has Windows 10 Pro OS, and Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has Android 10 OS. Microsoft Surface Pro (2017)'s body is just a bit thinner than the Alcatel JOY TAB 2, although it's incredibly heavier and was released many years before.
