Although it's the best in this review, we must highlight that it's also older, heavier and somewhat thicker. Apple iPad 9.7-inch (2018) counts with just a little better processing power than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), because although it has 14 GB less RAM, it also counts with a greater number of cores.
Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) and iPad 9.7-inch (2018) feature similar displays, although the iPad 9.7-inch (2018) has a lot lower 1536 x 2048px resolution, a much smaller screen and a bit inferior amount of pixels per display inch. Apple iPad 9.7-inch (2018) counts with a very superior camera than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017). They have the same video quality, the same video frame rates and the same resolution back camera.
Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) features a very superior memory to install games and applications than Apple iPad 9.7-inch (2018), because it has 872 GB more internal storage capacity. IPad 9.7-inch (2018) features a much longer battery duration than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017).
