The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is better than the Apple iPad Air (2020), having an 82.4 score against 71.7. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) construction is noticeably older, a lot heavier and a lot thicker than Apple iPad Air (2020). Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has Windows 10 Pro OS, and Apple iPad Air (2020) works with iPadOS 14.x OS.
Apple iPad Air (2020) features a better performance than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), because it has a greater number of cores and a 64-bit CPU. Apple iPad Air (2020) features a bit sharper display than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), although it has a little worse screen pixel density, a bit lower resolution of 1640 x 2360 and a quite smaller screen.
The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) counts with a very superior storage to store more apps and games than iPad Air (2020), because it has 1000 GB internal storage.
