The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) construction is extremely newer than the Asus MeMO Pad 8's, although it is way heavier and somewhat thicker. Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) comes with Windows 10 Pro operating system, while Asus MeMO Pad 8 counts with Android 4.4 operating system.

Asus MeMO Pad 8 features a bit better looking display than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), because although it has a lot lower 1920 x 1200 resolution and a really smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher quantity of pixels per inch in the screen. Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) features a much greater storage for apps and games than Asus MeMO Pad 8, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 1000 GB internal memory.
