Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is much better than the Blackview Tab 13, with an 82.4 score against 63.8. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) comes with Windows 10 Pro operating system, while Blackview Tab 13 works with Android 12 operating system. Despite being the best in our current comparison, Microsoft Surface Pro (2017)'s construction is older, just a little thicker and incredibly heavier than the Blackview Tab 13.
The Blackview Tab 13 features a bit faster CPU than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a larger number of cores. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) features a slightly better screen than Blackview Tab 13, because it has a larger screen, a way higher 2736 x 1824 pixels resolution and a little bit more pixels per screen inch.
The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) counts with a very superior storage for applications and games than Blackview Tab 13, because it has more internal storage. Blackview Tab 13 features a greater camera than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Blackview Tab 13 also has a way higher resolution camera in the back.
