Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is much better than Lenovo ThinkPad 8, getting a global score of 82.4 against 64.2. These tablets have Windows OS (Operating System), but the Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has the older 10 Pro version while Lenovo ThinkPad 8 has Windows 8.1. Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is a just a bit thinner but much heavier tablet than Lenovo ThinkPad 8.

Lenovo ThinkPad 8 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), because although it has a much smaller display and a way worse resolution of 1920 x 1200, it also counts with a quite greater screen pixels density. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Lenovo ThinkPad 8, because although it has a lower number of cores , it also counts with a greater amount of RAM.

The Lenovo ThinkPad 8 counts with a camera that is very similar to Microsoft Surface Pro (2017)'s camera, both have the same video frame rate, the same video definition and a same resolution back camera. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) features a very superior storage for applications and games than Lenovo ThinkPad 8, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
