Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is much better than the Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Plus, with an 82.4 score against 62.2. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is a newer portable tablet than the Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Plus, although it is somewhat heavier and a lot thicker. Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has Windows 10 Pro operating system, while Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Plus has Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
