The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has a general score of 82.4, which is much better than Microsoft Surface Go's 66.5 score. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is a much heavier tablet than Microsoft Surface Go, but both are equally thin. Both tablets in this comparison review have Windows OS (operating system), but the Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has a more recent 10 Pro version while Microsoft Surface Go has Windows 10 version.

The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has a bit better screen than Microsoft Surface Go, because it has a bigger display, a little bit better pixel density and a way better resolution of 2736 x 1824 pixels. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) features a very superior memory for applications and games than Microsoft Surface Go, because it has 1000 GB internal storage capacity.

The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has a little better hardware performance than Microsoft Surface Go, and although they both have a Dual-Core processor, the Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) also has more RAM. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) and the Microsoft Surface Go have extremely similar cameras, both have the same (Full HD) video definition, the same video frame rate and the same resolution back camera.

The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) and the Microsoft Surface Go both feature similar battery performance.

Although Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Microsoft Surface Go, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Microsoft Surface Go. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get Microsoft Surface Go, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
