Both tablets we are comparing use Windows OS (Operating System), but the Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has the newer 10 Pro version and Galaxy Book 10.6-inch has Windows 10, so it provides a lot of extra features.

Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) features a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Book 10.6-inch, and although they both have 2 cpu cores, the Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) also has a greater amount of RAM.
