Comparison review

The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is slightly better than the Galaxy Book 12-inch, with an 82.4 score against 80. Even being the best tablet in our current comparison, Microsoft Surface Pro (2017)'s construction is just a little bit heavier and thicker than the Galaxy Book 12-inch. Both tablets in this comparison review work with Windows OS (Operating System), but the Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has a newer 10 Pro version while Galaxy Book 12-inch has Windows 10 version, offering a lot of extra features and some performance improvements.

The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has a slightly better screen than Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch, because it has a bit higher display density, a little bit bigger display and a higher resolution of 2736 x 1824. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) counts with a superior storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy Book 12-inch, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 1000 GB internal memory capacity.

The Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch has a bit more powerful processing unit than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Galaxy Book 12-inch takes much better pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Galaxy Book 12-inch also has a back facing camera with a much better resolution.

The Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch counts with a really longer battery performance than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017).
