Although Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy Book2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Book2. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the Galaxy Book2, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
