Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is way better than the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, getting an 82.4 score against 65.6. Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) counts with Windows 10 Pro OS, and Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 counts with Android 4.4.2 OS. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is a way newer and just a little thinner tablet device than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, but it is also notably heavier.

The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has a better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with more RAM. Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 has a little bit better display than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), although it has a really smaller display, a lot worse 1280 x 800px resolution and a bit lower pixels density.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), although it has a way worse 3 megapixels resolution back-facing camera and a lot worse 1280x720 video resolution.
