Although Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy Tab A7 Lite. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), else you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite, letting go a couple features and specifications.
