The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is much better than the Galaxy Tab Active 2, getting an 82.4 score against 70. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) body is somewhat thinner but incredibly heavier than the Galaxy Tab Active 2, and both were released with only 5 months difference. Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) comes with Windows 10 Pro OS, while Galaxy Tab Active 2 works with Android 9.0 Pie OS.
Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) features a little better processing power than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because although it has a lower number of cores , it also counts with 13 GB more RAM. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) counts with a sharper screen than Galaxy Tab Active 2, because it has a lot larger display, a way higher 2736 x 1824px resolution and a greater pixel count in each inch in the display.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 features a superior camera than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017).
