The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has a global score of 82.4, which is a little bit better than Galaxy Tab S6 Lite's 78.2 global score. The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) design is older, somewhat thicker and noticeably heavier than Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has a little more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, because it has a lot better 2736 x 1824 resolution, a little greater pixel number in each display inch and a larger screen.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite counts with a bit faster CPU than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a higher number of cores. Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has a much bigger memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 1000 GB internal storage.

Galaxy Tab S6 Lite takes greater photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017). Both have the same video frame rate, a 8 MP resolution back camera and the same 1920x1080 video resolution. The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite features a very superior battery duration than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017).

Although Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, letting go some features and specs.
