The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is a bit better than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, having a general score of 74 against 68.5. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 construction is way thinner and a lot lighter than the Microsoft Surface Pro 3, although they were only released 4 months apart. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 comes with Android 4.4.2 OS, and Microsoft Surface Pro 3 comes with Windows 8.1 Pro OS.

The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has just a little better performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has 6 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a larger number of cores and a GPU. The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 counts with an incredibly better screen than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with much more pixels per inch in the screen and a slightly higher resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a lot better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 also has a lot more MP camera in the back.
