Although it's the best tablet device in this comparison review, Microsoft Surface Pro 3's construction is extremely older, a lot heavier and way thicker than the iPad mini (6th Gen). The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has Windows 8.1 Pro OS, while iPad mini (6th Gen) has iPadOS 15.x OS.
Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with a much better hardware performance than iPad mini (6th Gen), although it has 4 lesser cpu cores. The iPad mini (6th Gen) features a slightly better display than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a slightly better 1488 x 2266 resolution and a way greater amount of pixels per inch of screen.
Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with much more storage to store more games and applications than iPad mini (6th Gen), because it has 448 GB more internal storage capacity.
