Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is much better than the Blackview Oscal Pad 15, having a overall score of 72.2 against 63.8. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 works with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, while Blackview Oscal Pad 15 comes with Android 13 OS. Although it's the best tablet in our current comparison, Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is an a lot older, way heavier and somewhat thicker tablet than Blackview Oscal Pad 15.
Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with a sharper display than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, because it has a way higher 1440 x 2160 pixels resolution, a way higher pixels count per inch of screen and a bigger display. The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 features just a little better performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Blackview Oscal Pad 15 also has a larger number of cores.
Blackview Oscal Pad 15 features a better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because it has a lot better resolution back camera.
