Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a general score of 72.2, which is a little bit better than Google Nexus 7 (2013)'s score of 70.8. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a newer tablet than the Google Nexus 7 (2013), but it's a little thicker and incredibly heavier. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, and Google Nexus 7 (2013) has Android 5.0 OS.
