Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a general score of 72.2, which is just a bit better than the Huawei MateBook's general score of 70.7. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a better tablet than Huawei MateBook, we must note that it is also an older, somewhat heavier and a lot thicker tablet. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with a little more vivid display than Huawei MateBook. They have a same size display, the same exact 1440 x 2160 resolution and the same display pixels density.
Microsoft Surface Pro 3 and Huawei MateBook count with very similar memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos, and although the Huawei MateBook has no slot for an SD memory card, they both have the same 512 GB internal memory capacity. Huawei MateBook counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 3. Both of them have the same number of cores and a 8 GB RAM.
The Huawei MateBook counts with a way better battery life than Microsoft Surface Pro 3. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 takes much clearer photos and videos than Huawei MateBook.
Although Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a better device, it is more expensive than the Huawei MateBook, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Huawei MateBook. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Microsoft Surface Pro 3, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Huawei MateBook, giving up some specs and features.
