Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has an overall score of 72.2, which is slightly better than Lenovo Miix 510's 66.6 score. Microsoft Surface Pro 3's design is thinner and somewhat lighter than the Lenovo Miix 510, even though it was released many years before. Both of these tablets have Windows operating system, but the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has newer 8.1 Pro version and Lenovo Miix 510 has Windows 10 Pro.
Microsoft Surface Pro 3 features a better screen than Lenovo Miix 510, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1440 x 2160 and a just a little greater pixels density. Lenovo Miix 510 features a way bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 1000 GB internal memory capacity.
