Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is much better than Lenovo Miix2, having a global score of 72.2 against 59.3. These tablets come with Windows OS (Operating System), but Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a newer 8.1 Pro version while Lenovo Miix2 has Windows 8.1 version, providing you some nice extra features.
