Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a global score of 72.2, which is better than the Microsoft Surface Pro's overall score of 63.2. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 body is newer, way thinner and somewhat lighter than the Microsoft Surface Pro. These devices have Windows operating system, but Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has newer 8.1 Pro version while Microsoft Surface Pro has Windows 8 Pro version, so it provides you some nice extra features.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with a slightly better looking display than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has a just a little higher pixel amount in each inch of display, a little bit bigger display and a higher 1440 x 2160 resolution. Microsoft Surface Pro counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Microsoft Surface Pro also counts with an additional graphics processor.
Microsoft Surface Pro 3 takes much clearer videos and photos than Microsoft Surface Pro, because it has a way better (Full HD) video definition and a much higher 5 mega pixels resolution camera in the back. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Microsoft Surface Pro, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity.
