The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is much better than the Microsoft Surface Pro 3, having an 82.4 score against 72.2. Both of these tablets include Windows OS, but the Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has the older 10 Pro version and Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has Windows 8.1 Pro. Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is a noticeably newer portable tablet, and it's also a little thinner and just a little bit lighter than the Microsoft Surface Pro 3.
