The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is slightly better than Microsoft Surface Pro 7, with a global score of 72.2 against 66.9. These devices use Windows operating system, but Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has newer 8.1 Pro version while Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has Windows 10 version. Although Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a better device than the Microsoft Surface Pro 7, it must be noted that it is also notably older, a little bit thicker and just a bit heavier.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 counts with a little better performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, although it has lesser RAM, they both have 2 cpu cores. Microsoft Surface Pro 7 counts with a little bit better looking display than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because it has a little larger screen, a higher 2736 x 1824 resolution and a just a little better display pixels density.
