The Galaxy Book 12-inch is much better than the Microsoft Surface Pro 3, getting a score of 80 against 72.2. Galaxy Book 12-inch is a much newer tablet device, and it is also just a little lighter and somewhat thinner than Microsoft Surface Pro 3. These tablets work with Windows OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Book 12-inch has 10 version while Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has Windows 8.1 Pro.
Samsung Galaxy Book 12-inch features a little faster CPU than Microsoft Surface Pro 3. Both of them have 8 GB of RAM memory and a Dual-Core processor.
