The Galaxy Book2 has a global score of 81.9, which is better than Microsoft Surface Pro 3's 72.2 general score. The Galaxy Book2 design is a lot newer, just a little lighter and thinner than Microsoft Surface Pro 3. Both tablets in this review use Windows OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Book2 has the previous 10 S version while Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has Windows 8.1 Pro version.
Microsoft Surface Pro 3 features just a bit better looking display than Galaxy Book2. They have a greater pixels amount per inch in the screen, a screen with the same size and an equal 1440 x 2160 pixels resolution. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 features a very superior storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy Book2, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity.
Galaxy Book2 has a faster processing unit than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has lesser RAM, it also counts with a greater number of cores. The Galaxy Book2 counts with a much longer battery life than Microsoft Surface Pro 3. The Samsung Galaxy Book2 captures greater photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because it has a much more mega-pixels back-facing camera and a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.
The Galaxy Book2 is a lot more expensive than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, but you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
