The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a general score of 72.2, which is better than the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE's 62.5 global score. Despite being the best we are comparing, Microsoft Surface Pro 3's body is noticeably heavier and just a little thicker than the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, while Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE comes with Android 3.1 OS.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 features a greater hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, and although they both have a Dual-Core CPU, the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 features a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because it has a much higher resolution of 1440 x 2160, a bigger screen and more pixels per inch of screen.

Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has a lot bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, because it has more internal storage. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE has a superior battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Pro 3. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Microsoft Surface Pro 3, else you can save some money and buy the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE, resigning a couple features and specs.
