Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is better than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T), with a overall score of 72.2 against 65. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has Windows 8.1 Pro operating system, while Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (AT&T) comes with Android 4.1 operating system.
