Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite's body is extremely newer, noticeably thinner and extremely lighter than Microsoft Surface Pro 3. The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite counts with just a bit better processing power than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has lesser RAM, it also counts with a higher number of cores.
