The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is better than Xiaomi MiPad, having a 72.2 score against 64.4. Even being the best in this comparison, the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a incredibly heavier and a little thicker portable tablet than Xiaomi MiPad. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, and Xiaomi MiPad counts with Android OS.
Xiaomi MiPad counts with a brighter display than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per inch of screen and a slightly better 2048 x 1536 resolution. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with a much better storage capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi MiPad, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
The Xiaomi MiPad features a bit superior processor than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has lesser RAM, it also counts with a greater number of cores. The Xiaomi MiPad has a much better battery life than Microsoft Surface Pro 3. Xiaomi MiPad takes much clearer videos and photos than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi MiPad also has a much more MP camera.
Although Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xiaomi MiPad, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi MiPad. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Microsoft Surface Pro 3, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Xiaomi MiPad, giving up some specifications.
