Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is way better than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, getting a general score of 75.1 against 61.4. These tablets include Windows OS (operating system), but the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has the older 10 Pro version while Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has Windows 8.1 Pro. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is a newer device, and it is also a bit lighter and just a little bit thinner than the Microsoft Surface Pro 3.
Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a little more vivid display than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because it has a little higher display pixels density, a quite bigger display and a higher 1824 x 2736px resolution. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a superior memory to store more games and applications than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
