Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a general score of 75.1, which is a lot better than Apple iPad 10.2 (2020)'s 62.2 overall score. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 counts with Windows 10 Pro operating system, and Apple iPad 10.2 (2020) works with iPadOS 18.x operating system. Although it's the best device in this review, the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 body is noticeably older, a bit thicker and extremely heavier than Apple iPad 10.2 (2020).
Microsoft Surface Pro 4 counts with a bit more vivid display than iPad 10.2 (2020), because it has a bigger screen, a better 1824 x 2736px resolution and a bit more pixels per screen inch. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a little bit better processing power than iPad 10.2 (2020), because although it has a lower number of cores, it also counts with 13 GB more RAM.
The iPad 10.2 (2020) captures much clearer videos and photos than Microsoft Surface Pro 4. Both have the same video frame rate, a 8 megapixels camera and the same 1920x1080 video resolution. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 counts with a very superior storage to install applications and games than iPad 10.2 (2020), because it has 1000 GB internal memory.
IPad 10.2 (2020) has a battery lifetime that's just as good as the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 one.
