Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a global score of 75.1, which is much better than Apple iPad mini (6th Gen)'s general score of 65. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 works with Windows 10 Pro operating system, while Apple iPad mini (6th Gen) works with iPadOS 15.x operating system. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 design is much older, incredibly heavier and noticeably thicker than Apple iPad mini (6th Gen).
Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a little better performance than iPad mini (6th Gen), although it has an inferior number of cores.
