Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a general score of 75.1, which is much better than the iPad mini (7th Gen)'s 61 global score. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 works with Windows 10 Pro operating system, and iPad mini (7th Gen) counts with iPadOS 15.x operating system. IPad mini (7th Gen) has a slightly better screen than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has a little worse resolution of 1488 x 2266 and a really smaller display, it also counts with a little bit greater pixel count in each inch in the screen.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 counts with a bit superior processor than iPad mini (7th Gen), although it has an inferior number of cores.
