Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is a lot better than Huawei MediaPad M1, getting a global score of 75.1 against 61.5. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 counts with Windows 10 Pro operating system, while Huawei MediaPad M1 has Android 4.2.2 operating system. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 body is newer, but a bit thicker and heavier than the Huawei MediaPad M1.
Huawei MediaPad M1 counts with a much greater processing power than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has 15 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with more cpu cores. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 features a little sharper display than Huawei MediaPad M1, because it has a lot larger display, a greater pixel number per display inch and a much better resolution of 1824 x 2736 pixels.
Microsoft Surface Pro 4 captures a bit better videos and photos than Huawei MediaPad M1, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and the same video frame rate, the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 also has a much more megapixels back camera. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 counts with a very superior storage capacity for applications and games than Huawei MediaPad M1, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 992 GB more internal memory capacity.
Huawei MediaPad M1 features a much better battery life than Microsoft Surface Pro 4.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 costs a lot more than the Huawei MediaPad M1, but you can get a much better tablet for that few more dollars.
