The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a global score of 75.1, which is much better than Microsoft Surface Go's 66.5 overall score. Both tablets in this review use Windows OS, but the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a more recent 10 Pro version while Microsoft Surface Go has Windows 10 version. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is a way heavier tablet device than Microsoft Surface Go, but both of them have the same thickness.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a better looking screen than Microsoft Surface Go, because it has a little bit better amount of pixels in each screen inch, a bigger display and a way higher 1824 x 2736 resolution. Microsoft Surface Go features a way better hardware performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with 2 more CPU cores.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a lot bigger storage to install applications and games than Microsoft Surface Go, because it has more internal storage. The Microsoft Surface Go and Microsoft Surface Pro 4 both feature similar battery performance. Microsoft Surface Go has a camera that's very similar to the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 one, they have the same video quality, the same video frame rates and the same resolution back-facing camera.
