Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a global score of 75.1, which is a bit better than Microsoft Surface Pro 3's 72.2 score. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is a newer tablet, and it is also a little thinner and just a little bit lighter than the Microsoft Surface Pro 3. Both devices in this comparison review come with Windows operating system, but the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has older 10 Pro version and Microsoft Surface Pro 3 has Windows 8.1 Pro.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has just a bit better looking display than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because it has a quite larger display, a little better pixel density and a higher resolution of 1824 x 2736. Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with a much powerful processing unit than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has less RAM, it also counts with a larger number of faster cores.
Microsoft Surface Pro 4 takes clearer videos and photos than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video quality, the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 also has a camera with lot more mega-pixels. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 features a much bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 1000 GB internal memory.
