The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is much better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, getting a 75.1 score against 65.6. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 comes with Windows 10 Pro OS, and Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 counts with Android 4.4.2 OS. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 design is newer and a little thinner than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0's, although it's much heavier.
