The Galaxy Tab Active Pro has a score of 77.5, which is a little bit better than Microsoft Surface Pro 4's 75.1 general score. Galaxy Tab Active Pro comes with Android 9.0 Pie operating system, while Microsoft Surface Pro 4 works with Windows 10 Pro operating system. Galaxy Tab Active Pro's body is newer and lighter, but thicker than the Microsoft Surface Pro 4.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a better looking screen than Galaxy Tab Active Pro, because it has a much higher 1824 x 2736 resolution, a little bit higher pixel number in each display inch and a bigger display. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro has a much better performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro features a way better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because it has a way higher 13 mega-pixels resolution back camera and a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 counts with much more storage for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with more internal storage.

So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy Tab Active Pro, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the Microsoft Surface Pro 4, giving up a couple features and specifications.
