Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a general score of 75.1, which is better than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0's global score of 64.9. Even though Microsoft Surface Pro 4 and the Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 were released with only a couple of months difference, the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 body is a little thinner but a lot heavier. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 counts with Windows 10 Pro operating system, and Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 counts with a really superior hardware performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with 4 more cpu cores. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 counts with a much better looking display than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1824 x 2736px, a much larger display and a better quantity of pixels per inch of display.

Galaxy Tab E 8.0 features a much better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, although it has a back-facing camera with a lot worse 5 mega-pixels resolution and a much lower video quality. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 counts with much more memory capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy Tab E 8.0, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 1000 GB internal memory capacity.

Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 features a very superior battery life than Microsoft Surface Pro 4.
