The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is a bit better than the Galaxy Tab S 10.5, with a 75.1 score against 74.3. The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 comes with Windows 10 Pro OS, while Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with Android 4.4.2 OS. Although Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is newer than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, it is a lot thicker and extremely heavier.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features just a bit better screen than Microsoft Surface Pro 4, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1600 x 2560px and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a little greater display density.
