Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is much better than the Xperia Tablet S, having a 75.1 score against 58.9. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 counts with Windows 10 Pro operating system, while Xperia Tablet S works with Android 4.1.1 operating system. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is a newer and way thinner tablet than the Xperia Tablet S, although it is way heavier.

Microsoft Surface Pro 4 features a sharper display than Xperia Tablet S, because it has a much bigger display, a much better 1824 x 2736 resolution and a much greater amount of pixels per inch of screen. Microsoft Surface Pro 4 has a lot bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xperia Tablet S, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 936 GB more internal memory capacity.
