Microsoft Surface Pro 6 has a general score of 81.5, which is a bit better than the Google Nexus 9's 74.5 general score. The Microsoft Surface Pro 6 construction is a lot newer, but a little thicker and heavier than the Google Nexus 9. The Microsoft Surface Pro 6 comes with Windows 10 operating system, and Google Nexus 9 comes with Android 5.0 operating system.

The Google Nexus 9 features a better display than Microsoft Surface Pro 6, because although it has a lot smaller screen and a much lower resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels, it also counts with a just a little greater number of pixels in each screen inch. The Microsoft Surface Pro 6 features a much bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Nexus 9, because it has 1000 GB internal storage capacity.

Google Nexus 9 features a little faster processing unit than Microsoft Surface Pro 6, because although it has 2 less cpu cores and a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a 64-bit CPU. The Google Nexus 9 counts with a much better battery performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 6. The Google Nexus 9 counts with a much better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro 6. Both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, a same resolution camera in the back and the same video frame rate.

Although Microsoft Surface Pro 6 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Google Nexus 9, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Google Nexus 9. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the Google Nexus 9, giving up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
