The Microsoft Surface Pro 6 is a bit better than the Galaxy Tab S3, having a score of 81.5 against 75.2. The Microsoft Surface Pro 6 counts with Windows 10 operating system, and Galaxy Tab S3 comes with Android 9.0 Pie operating system. The Microsoft Surface Pro 6 body is newer, but thicker and noticeably heavier than Galaxy Tab S3.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 6 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, and although they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Microsoft Surface Pro 6 also has more RAM memory. Microsoft Surface Pro 6 counts with a slightly better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, because it has a bigger screen, a little higher screen density and a higher 2736 x 1824px resolution.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 6 features a lot bigger storage for apps and games than Galaxy Tab S3, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 1000 GB internal memory. Galaxy Tab S3 features a very superior camera than Microsoft Surface Pro 6, because it has a way higher (4K) video definition and a lot better 13 mega pixels resolution back facing camera.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 counts with a much longer battery life than Microsoft Surface Pro 6.

Although Microsoft Surface Pro 6 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy Tab S3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy Tab S3. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy Galaxy Tab S3, giving up some specs and features, but you will get the most out of your money.
