Microsoft Surface Pro 6 has a score of 81.5, which is slightly better than the Galaxy Tab S5e's 78.6 global score. The Microsoft Surface Pro 6 has Windows 10 OS, while Galaxy Tab S5e comes with Android 10 OS. Microsoft Surface Pro 6's construction is way thicker and extremely heavier than Galaxy Tab S5e.
The Galaxy Tab S5e features a little sharper screen than Microsoft Surface Pro 6, because although it has a little smaller screen and a bit lower 1600 x 2560 resolution, it also counts with a little greater number of pixels per inch in the screen. Microsoft Surface Pro 6 features a lot bigger storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 1000 GB internal storage capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e has a bit better processing unit than Microsoft Surface Pro 6, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with 4 more cpu cores. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e features a way better battery performance than Microsoft Surface Pro 6. Galaxy Tab S5e takes much clearer videos and photos than Microsoft Surface Pro 6, because it has a much better video resolution and a back camera with a lot higher 13 mega-pixels resolution.
Although Microsoft Surface Pro 6 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy Tab S5e, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Tab S5e. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Microsoft Surface Pro 6, else you can save some money and buy the Galaxy Tab S5e, giving up a couple specs and features.
