Microsoft Surface Pro 7 comes with Windows 10 operating system, while Acer Predator 8 comes with Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system.
Microsoft Surface Pro 7 counts with a little bit better display than Acer Predator 8, because although it has a little less pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a much larger display and a lot better 2736 x 1824 resolution.
